Our 10 walkers set off from the Diamond Harbour wharf in windy, cool conditions but soon stripped off layers as the sun came out.
We followed the Cliff Track to Purau where we had morning tea before continuing on to the beach opposite Ripapa Island for lunch.
Our return walk was via the Old Stock Route and Mt Herbert Track.
